Kings Fork Farm is a rural condominium community situated northwest of Downtown Suffolk, Virginia. Developed by Terry Peterson Residential Builders, we are a community in progress, with about one-third of the 300 planned homes completed and occupied.

Tree-lined streets with a variety of housing and our southern hospitably make Kings Fork Farm a great place to live. With 160 acres of open space, residents enjoy amenities including beautiful lakes, swimming pool, furnished clubhouse and playgrounds. Still to come are two multi-sport athletic fields and walking trails.

The management of the Kings Fork Farm community is accommodated through the Kings Forks Farm Condominium Association. The association operates under direction of the legal covenants of the corporate charter and is guided by a board of directors.
